We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain restocking fees may apply to electric bike returns to cover shipping and inspection costs.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully repack the e-bike or accessory in its original box with all manuals, chargers, and components to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
